Getting warm and toasty in SLC and thoughts of winter are melting away fast. There is still one ski project on tap for later this month if the weather behaves. Pretty much time for this wonderful and strange season to end.
I’m lucky enough to have a good friend with a good eye that captured some of our adventures. And it’s fun to see how much he has improved over the few years we have been teaming up. I went over to Jay Beyer’s house today and we sorted through hundreds and hundreds of images to pick out a few of our favorites from the memorable winter of 2010.
Early season in Southern Utah
Early morning blower on Cardiff Pass
Mini drop in the Twin Lakes Pass area
Booting the top of Terminal Cancer, NV
Giving the new AT set-up a test drive
Finding pow in the Ruby Mountains
Skinning up for more
Back home at the head of LCC
Surprises me that skiing pow never gets old
Off to Haines!
Filming for Powderwhore Productions
Jumping out in front of the camera on occasion
Sometimes it feels like I'm on another planet
Day one of an eight day storm
Digging out some of the 10ft of snow that fell
Time to rest up and do it again next year
