My yoga history dips up and down over the past 15 years like many rounds of sun salutations. It’s one of those things that I’m really bad at, and I don’t do it often enough, but I love how I feel when it’s over. Yoga is great for honing mental focus and as a recovery activity to counter balance all the abuse from trail running, skiing, and conditioning in the gym.
For over a year now I’ve been bending over backwards with and for Shannan Hansen.
Anyone that has practiced with her knows she is incredibly intuitive and a master of her craft. I’m so proud of how hard she works on and off the mat and I want to share her project! She has created a new workshop, Yoga Therapy for Stress Relief in the Workplace. I had the pleasure of picking up a video camera to help shoot and edit her promotional video.
